How is the kitty you're wanting to adopt? Are they playful, relaxed, a baby, an older one...? I remember that thread of yours ^^

He's an adult, but not yet an "older" cat, and he's super friendly. Seriously, I walked in to say hi, and I sat down, and he jumped right into my lap. :D But at the same time, he's chill with spending time alone, and he doesn't need people around 24/7. :3
The only problems with him is that right now, he hasn't been brushed recently, so I need to brush him, and brush him a lot so that he is no longer shedding everywhere, and he has a tendency to drool on me when I'm petting him (I guess that's just what he does when he's happy), which means I'll probably grab a blanket/towel from some second hand store (assuming that he and my friend/future roomie are compatible) and use that as his blanket/nap spot/lap protector thing.

(Some cats tend to drool when they're happy, indeed. There's a race... ragdolls, I think they're called? They go absolutely limp if you pick them up.)
Can you ask the Adoption Center to give him a bath for you? That helps a lot to speed up the shedding.
I really hope your friend/roomie doesn't object to such a sweet cat ^^

(I love Ragdolls! If they weren't long-haired, they'd be on my "list of breeds to maybe own at some point in the future" |D)
It's not actually an adoption center; it's a vets office that takes in cats that their owners can't care for anymore, so I'd ask, but they also have their vet stuff to do. :3
Me too! Though, it's also an allergy issue; we're both allergic to cats, but she's more than I, but she *wants* a cat too, so I', hoping she's compatible with him personality and healthwise. :3

How have you been feeling, when you have played with the cat? No runny nose? :3

No, actually! My nose is a little bit stuffy, but that's it, and it's kind of weird, I forgot to take my allergy med this morning (though I took my asthma one) and had no drama, so that's really good! :D
