Re: What is the most number of times you've gone to the theater to see a particular movie?

I think back when I was a little kid, I saw Annie about 5-7 times in the theater. I mean, this was the days before most people had VCRs, so once something left the theater you were never going to see it again, and I was about five and had curly reddish hair and people made the inevitable comparisons. I was enthralled by that movie, and so sad when it left theaters. Bought the soundtrack on cassette tape, listened to it over and over and sang along...

And then either it wasn't released on video yet when VCRs became popular enough that we had one and our city had a video rental store, or maybe the video rental place just never got a copy in, because I still didn't get to see it again until it came on TV probably ten years later. Never mind that I was in my teens - I RECORDED THAT SUCKER.
