Re: Overdone movie plots/ tropes that annoy you

I actually love this plot in principle, and love it when it's done well (like in Shakespeare) but IA that it's waaaaaaaayyyyy overdone to the point where I just eye-roll when it crops up in newly-written movies/shows/whatever. And often done poorly, with no good reason for why they changed from hate to love.
