What about TV shows?

Using anon's definition of hard sci fi (stuff that's scientifically plausible, even if we don't have the technology at the moment: Everything that happens fits the laws of physics and the scientific data at the time), I think there are a few things that might fit.

Person of Interest
Intelligence (not sure about this one, since it hasn't aired yet)
Almost Human
Helix (maybe, also hasn't aired yet)
