I kind of thought it was interesting that the cliches had to be manufactured to appease the gods. It's cliche because it had to be.

Also, I'd like more unicorns in horror movies. Can that be a future cliche, please?

I read a seriously scary horror story including a unicorn: somewhere amongst the hundreds of books in this room, gimme time.

ETA: Lady with Unicorn, Sara Maitland, Virago Book of Ghost Stories. More horror than ghost that one.
