I'm cold and stressed.

Nice and warm, thanks to a big pile of cat on my lap. But I have to leave him in a few minutes for Mandarin class, which is less nice.

Tired and sick, but good otherwise.

cold here too, but I spent the day working from home in my pajamas, so that was pretty awesome.

It was quite warm before (when I was cooking and cleaning) and now it is just nice- 70F. Someone my dad is collaborating with is coming over tonight. So there will be delicious teppan noms, but incredibly dull conversation. I made a rum raisin applesauce cake. Gotta go glaze it in a little bit.

My sister's back in the hospital for her annual late winter major depressive episode.

I got so worried the first time this happened. Now it's just "blaaahhhh"...

I haven't eaten all day and I am impatiently waiting for dinner to be ready.

Cold, tired, bored, and frustrated.

I'm having fun! I have a new phone that is also my first touchscreen/internetty/app-able phone ever and it's so shiny and distracting, it's awesome. I have unpleasant phone calls to make tomorrow, but it isn't time for them yet, so I'm enjoying my free games right now.

Cold (for here anyways), somewhat stressed, and trying to decide which game I want.

Tired and at work. The systems keep going down which is frustrating.

On the plus side my Zanzibar double in size last night. It's loving the hot weather.

Cold. And about the be alot colder.

There is a snow storm outside, so cold. So cold. I don't want to go back out. My dog needs to learn how to walk herself. She's three. It's time.

I laughed. It was -21°C last night. The floorboards were popping from their nails. Either that, or it was trees exploding outside. Except it wasn't cold enough to make trees explode.

I feel your pain. It's minus 25 now, but we had minus 40 a couple days ago. Hair that had escaped under my hood froze and had to dethaw. If trees had started exploding, I wouldn't have been surprised. (Hope your floors are okay!)

Ah, this was what kept me up.

Yes, we are okay. I was up most of the night on alert for intruders. (And smsing friends in other time zones.)

ETA: -40 with or without wind chill???? I might have remembered it wrong but I wasn't aware your part of the province got that cold. Dude.

With wind chill. It sucked hard. Usually it's in the minus 20s or 30s, but we had a few rough minus 40 days. It was colder here than on Mars. Fun times. (It really does get that cold here.)

Also a little chilly, but I have a warm waterbed to lie in, and could get under the covers if it was really bugging me.

Trying to stay in good physical condition for long enough to go to karaoke in about an hours, because it's the last time I'll be able to do a duet with my girlfriend before she spends a few months back at her parents' place. And one of the things I've always particularly wanted in a relationship was a relationship where we could harmonize together on a song. Not a strict requirement, in fact this is the first time I've ever been with someone who can sing at all, but it's one of those little things that just makes it that much more special.

Not too great right now. Trying to forget RL facepalming incidents that happened today.

Reading secret #11 did not help.

A little stressed since it was kind of a rough week at work, but overall pretty good. It's looking fairly likely that we'll get a snow day on Monday (or at least a half day) and I've got groceries so I plan on staying in all weekend and catching up on TV, reading, and just generally being lazy. :P

It is coooold! It's gonna be a low of 14 for Monday, and I am in the Deep South. I did not sign up for this. LOL *whines*

Ahahahahaha. Well, my husband just told me to go outside and see how long it takes my nipples to get hard, so reality? IDK (Also, no way. It is so cold out there.)

A few seconds to shrivel from the cold, and a few more to get reddened and numb from frostnips.
