Uh huh. No practical input but they sure like to share their opinions on what everyone else is doing wrong. It bugs the hell out of me.

I suggest you tell them to come on over and implement their suggestions (and do some of the work). "I'm going to be out tomorrow and they've got a doctor's appointment to get to!" That'll put them off.
