Re: possible tw: eating disorder

Maybe set a healthy range of daily calories for yourself (not in the name of losing weight, but rather just maintaining your current weight, more or less) and then drawing up yourself a schedule that divides those calories among three healthy meals, plus snacks, and then sticking to that schedule. If you find yourself feeling hungry, add a few more calories to your schedule until you're good. If you find yourself feeling overly stuffed after some of your meals, either take off a few calories, or just try and spread out eating more over your day.

When, and only when, you can maintain a specific weight through healthy, regular eating, should you start to think about weight loss or fitness at all. At which point I would not recommend altering your diet at all, but rather increasing your amount of fitness. Even if you don't lose weight (or gain weight in the form of denser muscle), being physically fit and well-fed is healthier than being thin from starving.

Which is probably easier said than done when you have an eating disorder, but I think it's very important for you to try and learn how to maintain your weight in a healthy manner.
