Recently I was babysitting some kids and while they were getting ready for bed, I got out my copy of A Feast for Crows I was going to read while they were sleeping. The older boy asked what the plot of series was. I explained it as, "The old king dies in a suspicious way, and his good main adviser is framed for treason by some bad people. So a civil war breaks out over who should really rule the kingdom."

So your game is this: briefly describe a series or a character's main plot as if to an 8 year old. Don't use any names.

A man is working as a spy for the government, and somebody tells his bosses that he's lying to them and selling government secrets to someone else, which isn't true. His bosses believe it, though, and they stop helping him and take away all his money, so he has to go back to his hometown. His ex-girlfriend and another retired spy friend find him there, and the three of them use their skills to help people and earn a little money while they try to figure out why someone framed the first spy and how he can get his job back.
