My Fitness Pal

Does anyone here use this? I just started and I'm just wondering how accurate you think the numbers and goals calculated are. It seems a bit wonky to me. I'm mostly using it just as a tool to keep track of my food and exercise so the numbers aren't all that important, but just looking at them they seem off.

I've used it in the past, and I need to get off my butt and start using it again. :) What I liked about it was that most of the food I ate, the nutritional info was correct.

As for the goals? Are you talking about the caloric goals for the day, or the pace of weight loss, or the protein, sugar, etc. breakdowns? I've heard arguments over those, but to be honest, just tracking my food and being in the right "ballpark" for proteins, etc. did work REALLY well for me.

Then I stopped and relapsed, so I need to get back there.
