(Anonymous) 2014-01-05 06:25 am (UTC)(link)As for the goals? Are you talking about the caloric goals for the day, or the pace of weight loss, or the protein, sugar, etc. breakdowns? I've heard arguments over those, but to be honest, just tracking my food and being in the right "ballpark" for proteins, etc. did work REALLY well for me.
Then I stopped and relapsed, so I need to get back there.
