Oh wow thank you for such a thoughtful response.

From my quick googling all I got was "allergies" which could be it I guess, but would be strange as it's only the past week or so.

I think dehydration is right on the money. I got a weird cold like a month ago now, and after throwing up a few times I was really unwilling to eat food or drink anything. Sometimes even drinking water gave me a stomach ache so I wasn't doing that a lot.

I don't eat often in general, and when I do I get full fast, but I'll definitely break up the day with more snacks and water.

This is weird, but can I just kiss your ass for a second? You're one of the most consistently thoughtful people on this comm, and you're answers are always thorough and useful. Even when I disagree with you, I find I still understand where you are coming from. I'm amazed by the amount of effort you put into all your posts, like shit man. I don't have the patience for that. I really don't know why anyone would have a legitimate beef with you, assuming they are actually trying to understand you. You're permanently slotted under my cool list.

(this is embarrassing I'm so sorry)

Aww, thank you! ♥ =^_^=

If drinking water can give you a stomach ache, just keep a cup or bottle of water around you as much as you can, and start with regular small sips, no more than half a mouthful or so, and just work your way up. If not water, try something like orange juice or some other drink with a lot of sugar in it. Or, a soda that has sugar but no caffeine. (If you don't want to try the 'usual' ones, try non-diet Hansen's - made with cane sugar.)

As for snacks, if you don't eat often it can be hard to switch towards more, smaller meals throughout the day (I barely ate two a day when I started high school). Try fruit, and things that are carb-y but also high on sugar (i.e. those Quaker oatmeal bars - terrible for dieters but great for people trying to raise their blood sugar). While you obviously don't want to have too many, pastries have plenty of sugar but are still mostly carbs, so they go easier on your stomach. (You probably know which ones make you feel better or worse when you look at them). If you go with candy, get something that comes in pieces like M&Ms, Skittles, KitKat, etc, and really spread it out throughout the day, or else they'll raise your blood sugar only to raise holy hell in your stomach.

I hope that helps. :)

Eh, just throwing out a bunch of options, with the hope that at least one or two will be able to help you. :) Don't take them too seriously if you don't want to/don't feel like it will help. As I said, I'm really not a doctor, I'm just familiar with this particular problem.
