1. I am not a troll. Fuck you.
2. She is a victim of inappropriate sexual interest and inappropriate sexual comments from her employer. She is going for a job and her would be boss is being creepy and sexually abusive.

If I go for an office job, and I find out my boss was jerking off over the photo on my resume, AND BRAGGING ABOUT IT ONLINE, Then I am a victim.

It would be abusive if the boss made advances using his position of power. Expressing the opinion that you are hot when your job is basically "being hot", on the other hand, is not.
