Then don't tag them so the world can see them. I'm really sick of people saying "OMG how dare you do anything but agree with me 100% in my own personal blog (in a post I tagged with something people would regularly look for that anyone in the world could see and find just by checking the tag)." If you want to vent in your personal blog and not get called out on shit, don't tag it. Keep your personal blog personal. Once it's tagged and anyone can find it with a simple tag search then sorry, it's not your personal safe bubble anymore and people who reblog and reply are not intruding on your blog, they're replying to a public post in a tag.

This. There are more private places to do this, even. You can make a side Tumblr and password-protect it.
