Not really. There are tras people who aren't bothered with their ody and genderqueer people who are. I'm personally not bothered with my body at the times when I'm feeling like X, but then come the times when I'm feeling like Y and I'm very uncomfortable about my body. In my experience, people who use the word trans for themselves usually mean that they're binary trans, not non-binary.
