Certain Twilight Zone episodes are my favorite horror things. The Midnight Sun is the best one to me.

I think the things that get to me the most are where there's a problem that no one can do anything about and the horror comes from human nature and the way people screw each other over in response.

Oooh yes, I like that too! I like supernatural horror too and a blend of both is good, but the ones that really get under my skin are the ones with a strong human element.

For me it's all about the unknown -- strange sounds nobody can identify, recognizable sounds nobody understands the purpouse of, and especially the kind of things one might discover in the vastness of space, the very bottom of the seas and the deepest reaches of the earth -- places nobody has ever seen in person.

I'm not a fan of sea life in general, so thinking about the kind of shit that lives in, say, the Mariana Trench gives me the creeps.

Twilight Zone was so great because some episodes were really scary and others just puzzling or sad. I think the scariest was that episode with the doll called Talky Tina I think. eugh!!
