You know how Chuck writes books?

I've always pictured Death as the guy he goes to for editing.

And they sit and complain about all the ridiculous shenanigans Sam & Dean & co are getting into.

And I sort of picture Chuck starting out as being idealistic about humanity, and then becoming cynical & drowning his sorrows in copious amounts of alcohol. Whereas Death started out as cynical about humanity, but now he's developed a fondness for them, and he's trying to persuade Chuck to actually get back to work running the universe.

You know what, I should just write this myself.
