Neh. I completely gave up on the NC around the time he did all those crossover videos (which were p. much an attempt to get people interested in the other reviewers on the site, since it was becoming clear he wanted to end the NC), and after viewing his 'Cat in the Hat' review out of morbid curiosity, it doesn't look like I'm missing much.

But tbh, those particular sentiments don't surprise me at all. (And hey, if I'm a less of a human being in his eyes, then c'est la vie/different strokes for different folks. *shrug*)

Then again, I'm so over the 'screaming in your face and accentuate the negative full tilt'-type of internet reviewing thing. I even stopped watching Linkara a ways back, too, and he was kind of okay in the 'Eh, I've got some time to kill/I need background noise while working on this project' kind of way (mostly for History of Power Rangers, but I'm kind of over that too), but that's about it.

The problem I had with Linkara was more the ongoing plot in his episodes. I enjoyed the commentary/criticism, but then the whole thing would derail and I'd have no idea what was going on because I didn't watch every single one of his videos.

Yeah, that's another reason why I moved on from Atop the 4th Wall. He had some decent commentary, but the plot(s) were just too much on top of that. I wanna say he moved the plot stuff to the end of the reviews as of late (at least, I seem to recall he had all the plot stuff at the end of his videos back when I had an AT4W binge in between looking for work back in the summer of 2012), but I haven't watched a review of his in months. =T
