I always hear about it on f!s but don't see that much of it personally. Granted, that might be because I mostly follow people (from f!s, actually) who reblog Nightvale art and don't typically check the tags but after every episode.

That said, one of my first forays into the WTNV tag ended in me being completely confused as to why people were saying Cecil Baldwin was a rapist and should be fired.
