I feel kind of bad when people say things like this, because I don't "choose" who I ship, it chooses me. It's not my fault if there's no PoC characters (in shows that I have seen) that have character dynamics with another character that interest me enough to ship. I usually hate the types of pairings most people ship anyway.

I go for character dynamics, not "hotness"

I'm aware how that sounded but idk how else to word it.

Also +1 to the person who said that "bland characters" has to do with the writing of a show more than anything else.
