I...actually kinda share that one. I...don't want to see the empty eye socket (recent issues of Talon have actually squicked me out), but an obvious glass eye (or other replacement), or unfocussed/milky eye is fine. Scarring around the socket is good, too. (Scars in general get me going...)

Id be interested in knowing what squicked you out. You know for reasons.

And yes, scarring is all kinds of fine too. I also like the slightly off colour glass eye, but for preference eye patches are always boss.

Several issues ago, one of the main characters, Casey Washington, was captured and tortured by the Court of Owls. That torture included plucking out her left eye.

So, after escaping, she's shown giving instructions to the other characters without an eyepatch, a glass eye, or even closing that eye. In the last couple issues it appears to have been stitched closed. (Well, the current issue, it appears to be stitched closed...last issue it looks like the inker decided that, while the penciler drew her with the eye open.)

It's called talon, you say? You said "Issue" so one would assume it is a comic?

Yeah, a Batman spinoff (more or less). Most recent issue (came out last month) is 14, and it's ending with 17. The stuff in question is from 9 on forward (which comes after the only collection out, yet, which finishes with issue 7).
