I thought it would have been funnier if Sherlock had gone to kiss Molly in Anderson's retelling of 'how he survived' and Lestrade (who was listening to him) had interrupted with, "What! That wouldn't have happened!" It would have mirrored Anderson's interruption and protest when the slash fan was describing her theory. I loved her annoyed, "It's as valid as yours," reply to Anderson.

90-95% of the population are likely to be het, so yes, yes it is. A scene set in Ghana? Likely to have a lot of black people. A scene set in the Scottish Highlands? Most likely a lot of white people.
