Scott throwing Isaac against a wall - twice! - out of jealousy.

That was so ooc, damn.

I blame it on his lack of control over his new powers. Scott's restraint was almost flawless until that happened and now he's always two seconds from a rampage, so I can forgive him having some hiccups in behavior.

I actually just read a pretty cool thing on Tumblr regarding Scott's actions; namely that he, Stiles, and Allison aren't themselves right now so it being ooc actually works in the framework of the story and what they went through in the 3A finale. So. I'm good now. XD

EDIT: I mean, the show itself didn't frame this as a thing - it was treated as comedy, hahaha :\ - but I'm going to cling to this right now.

Oh, that's an even better explanation, I forgot that all three of them are severely out of character because of the ritual they did. It was definitely poor form treating Scott's display of how wrong things are with him like comedy when Stiles and Allison are really traumatized over their changes, but I'm clinging, too.

You know I think this is another example of how the lack of pacing/timeline messes up a lot of the narrative in TW. I know Jeff seems to not like to be pinned down for times and dates, but if it was clearer then maybe the audience would be all "Ohhh, they are still reeling from the sacrifice and all that" instead it's just really confusing and seemingly ooc. Also of course it was shot like a comedy bit, that didn't help.

I just...I would love to just sit in a room with Jeff Davis, just us and no mics or vids or anything, and question him constantly about his choices and his vision and see what the hell he is thinking because his choices in do not make sense to me.

I really like this person's explanation of the Scott and Isaac thing.

Yeah, I mean it's couched in humor but I seriously like it as an explanation. It works for me.
