Black Cat's Rape

Mayday Parkers stories never happening in 616 (And by extension OMD happening at all.)

A significant portion of Mass effect 3. Not just the endings. Mordin's death, Legions Death, Andersons death, etc.

Roland and Bloodwings death in Borderlands. Poor Tina and Mordi.

I'm okay with most of the guaranteed deaths in ME3 but the thing I'd change in ME3 would be Thane's death, simply because Femshep needed more romance options than she got in that game and Thanemancers really got shafted - I'm not even one of them and I still got annoyed by it.

(It also would have been nice if Legion survived in the peace/geth outcomes on Rannoch, to make the choice more equal with what happens with Tali...)
