Re: If you could delete just one incident from a canon, what would it be?

Neal and Mozzie thinking it's OK to steal from Nazis without considering WHERE the Nazis got the art they filled their museums with. No, that one throwaway emergency dubbed-over line did NOT fix it for me. The provenance should have fucking COME UP episodes before that. Neal CARES about things like provenance and is NOT OKAY with screwing over little people, let alone profiting from atrocities (see him forging the painting under Peter's nose so that the daughter could keep the original; and refusing clean forged ID brought about by stealing the social security numbers of dead infants).

Especially Alex's glowing nostalgic monologue about her grandfather's treasure because I understand through personal experience that YES you can love your grandfather even though he was on the wrong side of a war as a young man, but NO sweeping that evil under the rug is NOT OKAY. Maybe spare HALF A LINE for her to indicate that?

Also, C'mon, how AWESOME would an arc have been where he and Moz pull a STUPID number of ridiculously awesome stunts to repatriate aaaall the things? And Peter being all "WTF, it's ... crime was done! Things were stolen! But... but ... what is this, some sort of Robin Hood? I can't prosecute Robin Hood!"
