I knew when the kid was born what was going to happen - no way was Angel and gang going to raise the child normally or we were gonna get a fifteen-year time skip, he was going to be aged super-fast in some traumatic way and cause drama. Wesley was stupid, but somebody was gonna have to handle the idiot ball to make something so predictable come to pass. My money was on Angel, though.

But we're absolutely agreed on Cordelia, and Fred...goddamnit, way to take a great character and turn her into the Object That Everyone Must Have.
