I'm doing good. I cooked some tofu earlier, but I don't think I cooked it long enough. It was mushy. :(

Heh, I just had the exact opposite problem with the potatoes I made for lunch, or dinner, or whatever it is at 3 in the afternoon. I've never pan-fried potatoes before, and thought they were going to get browner than they did, but apparently still being just slightly golden doesn't mean they're not really crispy. Kind of came off more like very small crunchy french fries than home fries, but still tasted good.

That sounds like they would be delicious with ketchup.

Yep, I mixed ketchup with some sriracha, sprinkled with freshly grated garlic and sea salt and black pepper... all very good, though maybe it didn't need the black pepper AND the sriracha. Still, I like spicy, so no complaints. :D
