I like his ideas and enthusiasm, although perhaps not so much in longer doses.

And I like his hair. I want to brush it.

The thing about Moffat's ideas is, I find myself liking them in the very beginning... and then he completely and utterly fails to carry off the execution of them. It's like he forgets to install the load-bearing beams for his plots or something, or somebody lets all the air out of them halfway through, or some other appropriate metaphor. I feel like he needs to tell his ideas to somebody else who knows how to write things, and then he needs to go away and lock himself in a supply closet and play Pokemon or something so that the ideas can be developed properly by someone who knows how to structure a narrative.
