Yup. With the exception of when I'm swimming (and thus wearing swimwear), I always have underwear one. If I plan to wear any piece of clothing for longer than a few hours, I actually can't not wear underwear without, at the very least, severely embarrassing myself and making my laundry even more of a pain in my ass than it already is.
