Sometimes I say, RELEASE THE KRAKENS as I do it.

Slightly OT, but I see references everywhere to "OMG, I can't wait to take off my bra the minute I get home!" Are so many women really wearing such horribly uncomfortable, ill-fitting bras?

I don't wear a bra at home in my leisure time, either, but I've never felt like it was a torture device that I couldn't wait to get out of. If so, I'd gently suggest that maybe your bra isn't the correct size or doesn't fit properly and you should get fitted or try a different brand or something. Or try wearing a camisole or some other alternative, if you can.

I'm pretty large-chested, but I NEVER wear underwire, I wear bras with strong elastic, instead. Why is anyone subjecting themselves to such uncomfortable bras? Try a sports bra or something.

I have gotten several bras fitted by an expert, and as a result they're more comfortable than the ill-fitting bras I used to wear, but I still can hardly stand them for longer than necessary. They just get progressively more uncomfortable throughout the day.

I'm a 32G, and I have never found a bra in my size without an underwire, other than my sports bra, and frankly my sports bra isn't much more comfortable over time. It gives me the support not to jiggle, but compresses my bust way down to do so. Not something I wanna keep wearing after I'm done exercising.

I do like my bras sometimes. They're pretty much necessary for looking good in some things, and they're reasonably comfortable for awhile... just not extended periods of time. I'm always glad to get out of it again.

I have to go extremely out of my way to find a bra without underwires in my size (22F or G, depending on brand). I don't have access to a car, and my bras are universally expensive. The only reason why I now have 3 is that the post-Xmas sales meant the store I bought the older of the three at had a two-for-one deal the day I was there (the 27th?) with money to spare.

They fit just fine, but there is a limit to how long I can stand to have them on. Mind you, that limit can be stretched to about 9 hours, though the day I did that, I was spending most of that time sitting on a sofa, reading the 'net on my tablet (it was a heatwave, we don't have air-con, so we camped on one of the sofas at one of the local shopping centres).
