I mean I can see the argument for the rest, but Empire is genuinely a pretty decent film.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-12 09:16 pm (UTC)(link)The problems with Star Wars IMO come mostly from (a) the massive fandom and popularity of the films and (b) George being given free reign to do whatever he wanted. But the first two films are basically just pretty good, solid, well-made space adventure films.
