Obi-Wan is the best reason to watch these movies. I love watching him and Qui-Gon in the Phantom Menace. Sure, I sleep through the pod racing stuff and whatever, but those two are gold.

Obi-Wan is the reason I own these movies, even though I fast forward through all the scenes he's not in. (It does make the trilogy better if you watch it that way, too!)

How did you sleep through the pod racing scenes but not the awful talky Senate scenes?

I almost asked if there were awful talky Senate scenes and then I realized I probably slept through them as well.

Although, to be honest, I haven't watched them much since my almost 7 year old became aware of the things we watch. We let her watch the Clone Wars series, but otherwise it's Original Trilogy only.
