I'd have to say references to specific things that don't exist in that region. In the US, grocery stores are very regional and it throw me out of a fic when they will say they went to a Publix/Kroger when the story takes place in Pennsylvania. Or liquor laws are also very different state by state. I can only buy alcoholic beverages at a liquor store, no where else. But where I used to live, I could get beer or wine at any gas station/pharmacy/grocery store.

It's the little details.

That's why I'm ALWAYS vague about those sorts of details unless I have a specific reason. You can just say 'I'm going to the store' instead of name-dropping something and no one will care.
