Look on the bright side, OP. Even if the first few episodes don't meet your expectations, it's TV, there's time to grow and figure out what works. ABC (because I'm assuming that's where it would end up. That or Netflix with the Daredevil, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones, Heroes for Hire stuff) has proven they're willing to let things grow (despite screaming throngs that need instant gratification) so... here's hoping it all works out.
