Oh boy.

1. Weird descriptions of kissing. Like "their tongues battled each other", or "they had to pull apart for air". Or descriptions of the other person's mouth tasting like sugar, etc., when they've eaten nothing of the kind beforehand.

2. Characters that are supposed to be so 'old', or have high ranking jobs that would take years of experience to obtain, but are only like 28

3. In slash fic, the male's past female love interests being portrayed as vapid and forgettable. Stupid misogynistic slash trope that makes the m/m slash pairing so Super Special~, while not having to make the male character gay

4. Injuries not being treated as debilitating as they would be in real life. Even worse, if the character is still able to have sexytimes with these injuries

To be fair, 2 and 4 happen a lot in most canons too.
