1. Dude. What. "Giggling" isn't a gendered thing.

2. That's character development. It's perfectly fine if it syncs up with how the character is portrayed in the show. ex. Dean Winchester listening to Bad Religion expands his classic rock tastes into the punk genre and though I can't recall it being specifically mentioned in the show, it wouldn't be out of character to make that a plot point. ]

3. No one has to cater to you. Google it.

4. The only thing I actually agree with you on, which gives you 25% in this course and a failing grade.

Um, dude? The title of the post is "small things in fic that drive YOU insane." Not "My Graduating Thesis on How All Fanfic Should Be That Gives Me Authority Within Fandom."

"This trope annoys me" isn't based in reality? And I really don't see how being bugged by something makes you "unfathomably stupid". OP never said that writers weren't allowed to write those things, just that they get annoying. There's nothing you find so annoying that you just have to talk about how annoying it is?
