I haven't seen the show at all, and that would probably still be my first thought. Although now I'm wondering if the water is heated geothermally, or if some poor bastard has to lug a lot of hot water around.

Still though. I always wanted one of those pool-type baths. And a view.

I absolutely get this a lot. It doesn't help I did a film degree. Sometimes I'm watching a film and I'm more fascinated by the composition or color palette or decor. Then, if it's a good story , I just want to slap myself.

With stage shows, I get hung up on the lighting. My dad was a stage hand/electrician, did the lighting for the local theatre. Sometimes I just get caught with: "OMG, that was nicely done! Wait, what happened with the characters again?"

Also, I just like SFX and making-of features and make-up details and staging effects, the whole craft that goes into making these illusions. I'm as fascinated with them as with the actual shows/films/plays, sometimes.
