Yep, that is why you're fat. Stop doing that. Actually, just stop buying that shit altogether. You'll be less tempted to eat garbage if there's no garbage around for you to eat.

Also, eat more fibre and protein, jesus. No wonder you want to keep eating, you're basically never giving yourself anything to make you full.

I didn't buy it. It was a gift. I guess I could have thrown it out, but that just seems wasteful. And much less delicious.

Haha, thanks for the advice but I do actually know that all I've eaten is crap today. I think I actually used those words. I do know how to eat healthy, today is just a really bad day. Which I do feel badly about, hence the whole "confession".

Different anon, but what I do when I receive sweets is bring them in to school/work and share with other people. I have NO self-control so if I leave it all at home I'll eat it in one sitting and just... yeah. But if I share it, then I still get some, but a decent portion! Also people like me.

Are you a dietician or doctor who knows the OP's body and dietary needs? No? Then refrain from dispensing diagnoses and dietary advice.

I agree that not having lots of junk food in the house is a decent avoidance strategy, but it's not a feasible option for everyone.
