The childish aspect comes from not understanding that "creepy for my body" does not equal "creepy as a whole". It is understandable why you would find the idea unsettling for yourself, but not being able to differentiate and having such strong negative feelings for pregnancy as a whole and for pregnant people or the topic anywhere ever, that is a problem and that is imo a childish attitude.

I already said several times that I'm able to deal with it in irl settings. It's not childish to not want to have something that makes me physically uncomfortable in my entertainment. If you think it is, maybe you should go bother a bunch of rape survivors for not wanting to hear about rape in their leisure time.
