Being an adult is great because, if you can afford to, you can eat whatever you want and no one can stop you. Learning management of your food choices AND learning to not be angry with yourself when you eat too much junk food every once in a while are skills you learn along the way. It's okay to indulge every once in while and it's unfair to punish yourself for it.
