4. Ugh, yes. I hate that so much. I started reading the manga, and it was okay for awhile, and then it just got so stupid. I got rid of the books.

18. On one hand, yes, on the other hand, grow up. If you're so old and wise then just be mature and ignore the idiots. The classic Who areas don't have too many anyway. (And what's wrong with Jack squee (Or anyone-squee)? Bashing is stupid, but don't tell people not to love characters.)

21. Haha, she really did. That pairing occured to me as well.

22. I ship either main character with that little blond guy. I love that little blond guy! I always name him Calvin after the one from Calvin and Hobbes.

25. I've seen some anime vids I really love, but my favourites generally tend to be comedic. It's just harder to wring feeling out of drawn images than actual actors, imho.

30. I wish I had the patience for that strategy!

18. I'm pretty sure the OP didn't mean "all new fans are awful" or "all the new characters are awful" or "you're dumb if you like the new stuff." They didn't say that at all. It's more of "I'm sick of the crazy fanbrats." I'm pretty sure that sentiment can apply to most any fandom.

The fanbrats are really frustrating and annoying. And hard to avoid, considering the size of the fandom. Are we not allowed to vent or complain, not even a little? Not even anonymously? Sheesh.

You can be sure if you like, but I was responding to the tone I felt. And the wording seemed to be towards anyone who started with the new show.

And people are allowed to vent, but posting the stuff here means others are allowed to respond.
