11. Dan Didio is one of the reasons I refuse to get into DC because he greenlit the Refrigerator-fest known as 'Identity Crisis'. Since then, I've been absolutely repulsed by anything DC has put out since.

I wouldn't call it a "fest," Countdown has been a massacre though.

JSA has stayed good, and Dini's Detective Comics were awesome. (They also stand alone, if you wanted to pick one up.) Oh! And Blue Beetle has been refreshing. And...well, fine, there is nothing else I can defend.

The Green Lantern books have been good on and off (mostly in which GL Corps is on and Geoff Johns' main book is off), Booster's new series is fantastic and there's a lot of random side books that are fairly fantastic (also: Brave and the Bold? C'mon- it's so classically fun!).

Also, The Spirit is pretty much the best thing that arrives in my comic box each month.

HOWEVER NO ARGUMENT THAT WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE CORE, MAINSTREAM STORYLINE SUCKS COW PATTIES SOMETHING FIERCE.

I FORGOT THE SPIRIT. I'm a bad fan. =( I second The Spirit, and hopeful it will stay good as Cook moves on.

And I'd like to add JSA Classified, Checkmate, and the Suicide Squad mini, but those are really only good if you like the characters already.
