Please don't fake or exaggerate any insecurities to make your friends feel better about themselves. Doing so wouldn't just be dishonest, it would be pretty condescending as well - it's not your job to manage other people's feelings; they're capable of doing that themselves, and if they aren't, that's a skill they need to learn. Besides, pretending wouldn't necessarily even work. I know I find people with your attitude very inspiring, helping me remember it's possible not to feel insecure about everything and I'm allowed not to.

So be honest, because you're already doing it right. =)
