Back up. Yeah, no. Sleepy Hollow fandom's situation is far different. Especially since it's incredibly rare to have a dark-skinned Black woman has a co-star and considering the the majority of Black female characters in shows that is not a Black cast majority in a romantic relationship is so fucking rare. Fuck, the reason that ratings are slipping because they are ignoring the obvious chemistry between Ichabod and Abbie and trying to thrust Ichabod and Katrina, which feels forced.

Asian-American women are often portray as romance targets so it's nice to have Liu's Watson who isn't some romantic Dragon Lady but her own fully-rounded character who is best bros with Holmes.

Intersectionality is important.

I was going to agree with you, but then you went so far off the rails that I'm just left scratching my head. No. Just no.the ratings aren't slipping because there's no romance between ichabod and Abbie. The more likely explanation for that is because they keep taking breaks for baseball or whatever the fuck reason and barely advertising when it comes back on.

Baseball breaks are quite normal and it didn't affect their other show's ratings much at all. For example, Brooklyn Nine-Nine's ratings are as just as steady as they ever been. If it was FOX doing their annoying shifting timeslots bullshit, it would be a major factor, but Sleepy Hollow has been pretty fixed. Plus, I seen a LOT of people complaining about the heavy focus that Ichatrina was getting and how it was kinda dragging the show, especially how it was like Katrina is the center of all of everything, which is admittedly annoying.

Admittedly, I'm not too informed when it comes to breaks but I know the baseball breaks were to ve expected. The other breaks? Not so much. Well, I can understand the holiday break. I'unno. It just seemed that just when the show came back, it was on another break. I'm just curious why it didn't come back on the sixth like Almost Human did.

Either way, I don't think the reason the ratings are slipping has anything to do with shipping nonsense.
