or write somedaya dark!Joan au where she manages to get Irene hooked on cocaine, just to fuck with Irene's head.Bonus points if it's in an apocalyptic scenario where Irene thinks she'll be able to get back on top during the panic, and Joan makes her utterly dependent on some form of drug that will be hard to get a hold of during the situation.
