Personally, I feel sorry for folks who assume admitting a show they like has flaws means having to hate the whole show forever and ever. Not saying you are, but they're out there and they are legion. Trying to deal with the whole "I refuse to believe there's anything wrong in this show because I like it" thing is tiresome.

The only friends I can talk about Doctor Who with anymore are the friends who don't really watch it (or don't keep up with the new series). It's literally the only way I can talk about anything, whether I loved or hated it.
