Both sides, it seems. The main complaints are 'oh no, SE would never allow that kind of explicit stuff in FF canon!' And they kind of completely forget about how suggestive FF7 was most of the time (like the Honeybee Inn, the Don kidnapping and tying up women, that highly suggestive scene between Cloud and Tifa on the cliff...)

Yeah, it's mainly the wank that I'm enjoying atm. It's like Square are trolling the fans by waving FFXV just out of reach and throwing out Tidus's decapitated head. It's just great.

I figured that the Japanese side of the fandom would be throwing a fit over the sexual innuendo. The Western side, I'm a bit more surprised at. Seriously, it's like they've never played any of the other FF games or any other gamr by Square Enix. They've put in suggestive innuendo in tgeir games before.

Oh god, I love the wank. It is the absolute best, tbh. Especially the wank over Tidus and Yuna breaking up. Not every relationship ends up being rainbows and happy endings. I'm biased though, because I didn't care much for their relationship.

I kinda hope FFXV ends up being terrible. I want more FF wank.
