The only gravy we have is what you call brown gravy I think. Also I have no idea what the UK equivalent of biscuits would be, as what we call biscuits you call cookies and they're definitely not eaten with sausages ...

This thread is sure making me hungry though!

This is biscuits and gravy and it is delicious.



We also have brown gravy (for like mashed potatoes and cube steak).

From what I know, American biscuits are somewhat similar to scones.

(I'm Australian, so biscuits=cookies and scones are scones are scones. I do however read food articles on Wikipedia.)
