Weird, cerebral, slow-paced sci-fi. The kind of movie that sometimes gets badmouthed because sci-fi = ACTION!!1! in so many people's minds.

(Stuff like 2001, Moon, Beyond the Black Rainbow, eXistenZ, etc.)

'Moon' is great. That's not a genre i'm too very familiar with, though I know I've seen many films that would qualify.

It's kind of diffuse, because it's less an official genre and more of a pacing/tone thing. But when I think of the movies that stick with me, it's a pattern that emerges.

Moon is awesome! I should rewatch it soon.
