Why badass tiger, why not just regular tiger?

Are badass tigers not only regular tigers? My username actually comes from a fandom in which a liger is involved, but I think badass-liger was taken at the time.

English and Malay. Learnt a bit of Arabic which was enough to go shopping in Medina. Learning Mandarin.

Arabic seems quite difficult, especially to write, but I find it quite beautiful. Are you learning Mandarin in school, or just for fun by yourself?

I've been learning to read and write Arabic all my life so I can't really say whether or not it's difficult. I guess, as with everything else, it gets easier with practice. It is difficult though. Even with having learnt it for as long as I can remember I struggle with it.

I go to a college that is mostly made up of Chinese students, so I'm formally learning Mandarin so that my friends can no longer leave me out of conversations :3

How are you finding learning Mandarin? Is the process difficult?

It's not bad. The structure is very different from English, but it's quite similar to Malay, so most of my trouble is in remembering the words. I admit I get lazy to go a lot, but going to college and hearing people speaking Mandarin and recognising some of the words is great motivation.
