Re: Making_Excuses - AMA
My weekly life: I go to somewhere between 3 and 5 lectures each week (and do the resulting reading), I also have some Student Council meetings, but they are not weekly. Other than that I watch whichever shows comes out that week, try to clean a room every day and make food. I also spend time here on F!S and other online places and talk mostly every day with my best friend (on the phone) other than that I don't do much, because I am quite boring. I am supposed to do Yoga every day but I haven't done any this year, so I should get at that. I also try to call my family members and friends at least once every week to update them and get updates on their lives.
I'm not sure I understand your last question? So if you could explain it a bit more I will answer it!
Re: Making_Excuses - AMA
What's something you've committed to that you didn't want to? i.e. For me, that time I decided working 32 days in a row would be an awesome idea.
Re: Making_Excuses - AMA
Well, probably testifying in court twice against my mother (but for my little sister), that wasn't a fun time and my mother didn't talk to me for over a year. I had a really, really good reason to do it, but I don't think the Child Protective Services should have put me in that position when it wasn't strictly necessary, they would have gotten the same answer from the judge without me. I of course didn't know this when I was 18 and they made it out to be that I had to do this for my little sister. I would do the same again, but it was no fun.
On a less sad note, Class President, on one hand I really need it on my CV and I do like trying to make a difference, on the other it is a lot of work and I don't think I am completely ready for it.
Working 32 days without break? How on earth did you survive that?
did that answer your question?Re: Making_Excuses - AMA
I have no idea, there was some crying and I just plowed through it. It was only a checkout job at least. Nothing too energy heavy....although I realise now illegal but I was the one who had volunteered all those days.
(Never again)
